        That should ease as your body adjusts. I know it’s grossly inadequate when you’re craving food, but drinking loads of water really does make a difference – especially when you get into the habit of it. Hang in there! your health is totally worth it. 🙂

        Yeah I’ve always had quite a lot of water (because I work in a kitchen and it’s stupidly hot sometimes!) but I’m trying to drink more now. It’s definitely worth it! 🙂

      Ahhhhh good luck! Let me know how you get on! Oh don’t – I am craving everything fried and covered in chocolate! I am desperate for a Dominos as well! Ugh dieting is horrible! 😛

    You’re doing fantastic! Well done! Most of the cravings do pass, although not all of them completely but the good thing is that when you do eventually treat yourself you find that you don’t really enjoy it as much as you used to – at least that’s what I’m finding.
